Signalyx is a website that enables business, fashion and music entities to build their brands on an engaging online platform.

Brands choose a colour that will represent them on a world map with the aim of spreading their colour as much as possible on every piece of land on the world map.

In order for a brand to grow on the map, it must attract fans and followers to click on its ‘declare your loyalty’ button.

This statement sets out the Terms and Conditions of the website. By agreeing to join Signalyx, you are agreeing to be bound by this legal agreement, whether you are just browsing through the site or you are a registered member.

You may only use the Signalyx site if you agree to abide by all appropriate laws to this agreement. Please read this agreement with awareness and if you disagree with it, then we ask that you refrain from using the site and discontinue your membership.

Attempt to sell your brand’s virtual loyalists to any individuals on or off the site;

You will comply with any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of Signalyx or connected services, and observe and comply with any usage restriction set forth by administrators on this web site, in relation to content, storage space, traffic, bandwidth, and other conditions.

At the sole discretion of the management of signalyx.com under the Signalyx Limited Company, a user’s account can be removed or suspended should they be deemed in violation of the terms of service.

Signalyx is an online community with valued standards that must be adhered to and posting objectionable content is considered a violation of those terms.

Privacy

Registration data, your account information and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Exclusive Offers from Brands

If you choose to create a brand on Signalyx, you hereby accept that it is your choice to provide incentives for loyalists so that they can remain as a loyalist to your brand. It is your responsibility to outline the conditions upon which your product or service offers are redeemable to loyalists in return for their loyalty.

You are also exclusively responsible for the deals you upload and advertise on your brand page and acknowledge that Signalyx only acts as a passive channel for the transmission of your product or service offers.

Age Restriction

If you are under the age of 13 you may not subscribe to Signalyx.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless, Signalyx  Limited, its employees, directors, and general staff, and their successors and assigns from any damages and expenses relating to the use of your account.

Private Use

Your right to use Signalyx is at your discretion and individuality. You agree not to resell Signalyx. Please keep your account password safe, as you are liable for all uses of your account, including any unauthorized use.

Propriety Rights
